A modern foundation
Panel capacity, circuit organization, protection and future loads are considered together.

Smart electrical panels · MD / DC / Northern Virginia
A modern electrical foundation with optional circuit-level insight, alerts and control through a scalable Leviton load center platform.
The service
A Leviton Load Center can begin as a modern electrical panel and expand with a Whole Home Energy Monitor and compatible smart circuit breakers. That modular approach allows homeowners to add visibility where it matters rather than treating every project as all-or-nothing.
FB Electric & Electronic helps evaluate panel replacement or upgrade projects, future loads such as EV charging, and the smart monitoring features that fit the home’s goals.
Built around your home
Panel capacity, circuit organization, protection and future loads are considered together.
Traditional and compatible smart breakers can be planned according to the circuits where insight matters most.
Available Leviton monitoring can show real-time whole-home use and, with compatible equipment, circuit-level trends.
Compatible smart equipment can provide notifications for selected electrical events and unusual activity.
How we work
Review the existing panel, service capacity, circuit needs and future electrical plans.
Define load center, protection, monitoring and smart breaker scope.
Complete the panel work, organize and identify circuits, and install selected smart components.
Enroll compatible monitoring, verify reporting and explain the homeowner-facing controls.
Common questions
No. Leviton describes the Load Center as an expandable platform. Smart functionality is added with the appropriate Whole Home Energy Monitor and compatible smart circuit breakers.
Depending on the installed Leviton components, homeowners can view whole-home and circuit-level energy information, receive selected alerts and use supported remote or scheduled breaker controls.
No. Leviton’s modular system allows traditional and compatible smart breakers to be mixed, so the smart scope can focus on priority circuits and expand later.
It can provide useful energy information, but the EV charging installation still requires an electrical load review and a properly designed circuit. We evaluate both together when they are part of the same project.
